Fixed in cfb64d9062d7. Both SHOW PARTITIONS RPC choices now delegate to
HMSExternalTable.listPartitionNames(), whose overloads use the retained
lookup-repair boundary; the existing set projection reuses the same unlimited
entry. The two warm-object command tests reproduced zero cleanup before the
fix. Seven scenarios cover limited/unlimited absence, OFFSET/descending
results, an old absence arriving after same-name replacement, timeout, and
individual-partition absence without base retirement. Validation: 80 selected
FE tests, FE build and Checkstyle passed. Responses are mocked; no live
HMS/full analyzer integration claim.
