@gavinchou could you take a look at this one when you have a moment? It adds a default-off session variable that opts an INSERT's source scan out of the disposable-queue placement from #56637 (the file cache queue selection itself is untouched). Since the first push: rebased on current master (the conflict at the deprecated `enable_file_scanner_v2` block resolved), the variable declares one description beside `disable_file_cache` with `needForward = true`, the dead null guard in `setForInsert` is gone, and `test_load_cache.groovy` gained scenario 3 pinning the opt-in (Disposable +0, Normal +source file size).
