Include Kafka consumer metrics from https://github.com/apache/druid/pull/17919 in the `prometheus-emitter` config. These metrics have been useful in practice. I’ll add documentation for them separately so they get more visibility and users of other extensions like statsD, opentsdb, etc. can reference and include them if needed. #### Release note Added kafka consumer metrics for indexing tasks in the prometheus-emitter default metrics config.
