Part of #18998. ### Description This PR removes 6 more `requireUpperBoundDeps` exclusions that no longer have an upper-bound conflict in any module: - `com.google.guava:guava` - `com.fasterxml.jackson.module:jackson-module-guice` - `com.google.http-client:google-http-client` - `com.google.http-client:google-http-client-jackson2` - `com.google.api.grpc:proto-google-common-protos` - `io.confluent:kafka-schema-registry-client` To test locally: ```sh $ ./mvnw -B enforcer:enforce --fail-at-end ...
