Yeah, i added already serialized `specString` to get the json payload in
`SystemSchema#SupervisorsTable` via the `JsonParserIterator`, otherwise the
deserialization errors out since `KafkaSupervisorSpec`'s attributes are not
present in broker, they are only available in overlord.
