This expands, slightly, the definition of workerThreads in the Kinesis and
Kafka ingestion reference doc. Also it's reversing the order that the tuning
and IO config settings appear in the intro table, to match example and
following sections, with a few distinguishing words added. And a few other misc
doc changes.
