Review comment:
       I see that `MonitorScheduler` has a `removeMonitor` method, and 
ShuffleMetrics is provided as a Singleton. Can someone remove the 
ShuffleMonitor while Druid is running? If they do that how would it impact 
ShuffleMetrics being reported
