Implements #9780
### Description
See #9780 and linked discussions for more context. This PR adds a new
extension, `spark-extensions`, containing Spark direct readers and writers for
Druid. Usage is documented in the `README`.
In my opinion, this process has demonstrated that there is not a sufficient
constituency to support these connectors in Druid but I'm opening this PR both
to make these changes easier to find and because you miss 100% of the shots you
don't take 😉.
