### Description
Integrate Test Job 79 sometimes fails for the following reasons：
1. Many services are started through pods and take up many resources.
2. Service pods can't start up in 60s and test using this unhealthy cluster
will be failed.
This PR change the memory request of MiddleManger from 3G to 1G
Also change sleep time from 60s to 120s
