### Description Revised the Docker page to make it easier for first-time users such as myself. The revisions from the perspective of someone a) familiar with big data tools, but not Druid specifically, and b) familiar with Docker, but not docker-compose specifically. Added links, explanations and other details to the Docker tutorial to make it easier for first-time users. Clarified the configuration and actions needed for the Quickstart vs. those to take when using the same Docker scripts in production. This PR - [x] has been self-reviewed. - [x] is a doc-only PR.
