### Description
This PR adds auto-compaction support for complex dimensions by adding
```DimensionSchema getDimensionSchema(ColumnCapabilities capabilities);```
to `DimensionHandler`, so that `CompactionTask` can create the correction
`DimensionSchema` for any complex types that have been registered with
`DimensionHandlerUtils.registerDimensionHandlerProvider`.
