Review comment:
       getComplexTypeName wouldn't necessarily have been implemented for 
aggregators that aren't ingestible, so this should catch 
UnsupportedOperationException and treat it as an unknown complex type. (Or have 
the default impl of getComplexTypeName return null and check for null here)
