CalciteQueryTest is a gigantic test class and adding a test case there is an
exercise of its own. My IDE itself hangs whenever I open that class. So here is
an initial attempt to break it into three separate test classes. I have created
one for every `test*join*` test case and one class for every `testSelect*` test
case in CalciteQueryTest.
This PR has:
