Review Comment:
   This class exists to be a return value from 
`FrameProcessor#runIncrementally`. I'll add a javadoc bit mentioning that. The 
idea is that this ReturnOrAwait instance tells the executor whether the 
processor wants to continue or not.

example, do I want to wait for all channels rather than any channel?
   
   Good question. Maybe we don't need the "wait for all channels" feature. Do 
you foresee any processors that might need to do such a thing? I don't have any 
examples offhand, so I am down to remove the feature.
