   This PR builds a UI on top of https://github.com/apache/druid/pull/13699
   
   Allows you to see the history:

   And do diffs:

   This PR also cleans up some other names:
   
   - `ShowHistory` => `SupervisorHistoryPanel`
   - `CompactionDialog` => `CompactionConfigDialog`
