### Description
This PR allows to build the SQL Operators/Custom macros/BuiltIn Macros with
aliasing. If you build with Alias, it registers the operator with alias name.
Like extensions can override the standard operators today, extensions can also
overrides the aliasing of the standard operators.
This PR has:
