### Changes - Rename `DataSegmentChangeRequestAndStatus` to `DataSegmentChangeResponse` - Rename `SegmentLoadDropHandler.Status` to `SegmentChangeStatus` - Remove method `CoordinatorRunStats.getSnapshotAndReset()` as it was used only in load queue peon implementations. Using an atomic reference is much simpler and easy to understand. - Remove `ServerTestHelper.MAPPER`.
