### What problem does this feature solve?
深度定制一些需求的时候，需要针对一些状态的变化处理一些其他的操作。比如tooltip的visible的时候，需要对外部DOM进行一些操作的时候；鼠标移出grid（非canvas）的时候；axisPointer的移动的监听......等都可能需要做一些处理。因为有些产品需求需要在可视化上做很多可视化区域之外的DOM的联动。
### What does the proposed API look like?
以tooltip为例
tooltip: {
visible: true/fase,
callback: visible => void
}
以grid为例
grid: {
events: {
click: visible => void,
mouseout: visible => void,
...
}
}
