Trigger the source release workflow when a new **prelease** is created. Upload source zip and other materials like RELEASE_NOTE.txt, vote mail template, announce mail template to the artifacts. <img width="1595" alt="workflow" src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/841551/115500434-d8775400-a2a3-11eb-9b01-1db623feb1de.png";> All these materials can be downloaded and used in the release vote. 2. Rename nodejs.ym to ci.yml and add unit test check. 3.
