   ### Steps to Reproduce
   
   1. Create a simple gauge chart with startANgel and endANgle as 47 and it 
shows full circle.
   2. But if I give 48 it shows as a single point.
   Please refer the below image 
   Why does this happen ?

   ### Current Behavior
   
   with 47 as start and end angles it shows a full circle.

   ### Expected Behavior
   
   It should be something like this , where i gave 48 as start and end angle
