Could not reproduce such drastic mismatch between scatter point and hover area. Even with bigger _symbolSize_ the hover area is ~99% inside the symbol. But the area is definitely smaller than the symbol and does not cover it all. There is a certain area-offset towards the center of the chart. The bigger _symbolSize_ is, the more visible that offset is.
