The closest analog in ECharts is sunburst.label.rotate 'tangential' [official example](https://echarts.apache.org/examples/en/editor.html?c=sunburst-label-rotate), and [pie.label.rotate](https://echarts.apache.org/en/option.html#series-pie.label.rotate). You could change your title from [Bug] to [Feature] and rephrase it. This would be also a good feature for the proposed [new radar chart](https://github.com/apache/echarts/issues/19182).
