Graph **categories hover emphasis** could be a new Feature, but I don't
believe is a bug since the API documentation does not mention it anywhere.
To fix - remove series emphasis or make it ```emphasis: {focus:'none'}```
and chart will behave like the
[original](https://echarts.apache.org/examples/en/editor.html?c=graph-label-overlap).
