It is a bug since we can't disable it only for the legend. Currently `focus: "adjacency"` and `legend` are incompatible and we have to choose between them. It would be a new feature if the legend didn't highlight anything but currently it highlights the wrong thing -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
