Prepared with Codex and approved for submission by @ecoyoung. Reuse `updatePosition()` after each data update and on resize in both language versions of the drag tutorial. This keeps transparent drag handles aligned when the axes rescale. Related to apache/echarts#21663. Companion example fix: apache/echarts-examples#186. Both complete tutorial examples pass consecutive mouse drags in Chrome with automatic axis bounds. No page errors.
