Thanks for verifying @zhouyuan! Part 2 is up: #12610 — it switches the ccache restore steps in `velox_backend_x86.yml`, `velox_backend_arm.yml` and `velox_backend_enhanced.yml` to the Stash entries seeded by this PR, and keeps the existing `actions/cache` saves untouched for easy rollback.
