## What changes are proposed in this pull request? Two dead fragments left behind when RAS was removed in #11756: - `GlutenInjector.applier` binds `val conf = new GlutenCoreConfig(session.sessionState.conf)` and never uses it; the only reader was the RAS branch. Removed it and the now-unused import. - `Transition.Factory#satisfies` has no callers (the RAS planner was the only one; the `.satisfies(...)` calls elsewhere in the tree are Spark's own `Partitioning.satisfies`). The private `abort` transition it relied on exists only to feed it. Removed both. ## How was this patch tested?
