CI note for the current revision: the ARM `cpp-test-udf-test` job stops while building Velox, before the unit-test step runs. GCC toolset 12 rejects the selected `-mcpu=neoverse-v3` target: https://github.com/apache/gluten/actions/runs/38540379581/job/115774124930 The rounding changes do not modify architecture/compiler selection. This needs alignment between the ARM runner target and compiler; I have not added an architecture workaround to the rounding patch.
