Refreshed this branch by merging upstream main c5bd3de4abf78942c3691deb97f79962e81072ed, without rewriting the reviewed history. Integral eligibility remains literal-only in [0,400] or typed NULL; negative and nonliteral scales retain Spark execution. Added direct cases for bounded foldable-but-nonliteral expressions and foldable NULL across all four signed widths, with native validation disabled. Rebuilt against main's public native pin plus the integral upstream patch. Five native tests, the updated two-test JVM eligibility suite, and five Spark 4.1.1 SQL tests pass; the SQL suite passed on JDK 17 and 21. Explicit style checks pass. The native dependency/temporary-hook merge gate remains, and fresh CI must qualify this merge.
