Maybe we can put the location of generated code to `maven-projects/src/main/java/org/apache/graphar/proto/`? since we want the generated code can be a independent package like [arrow java's flatbuf](https://github.com/apache/arrow/tree/main/java/format) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
