Review Comment:
   In my design, `definition` is regarded as the semantics of a function 
signature, while `implementation` refers to the code realization of a specific 
function signature. 
   
   In other words, a `definition` can have multiple different `implementations` 
across various languages such as Java, Python, and SQL, yet they all produce 
the same logical result.
