   Agree. Done — added `asyncio.Lock` with double-checked cache read in 
`_apply_token_async`, plus `test_parallel_cold_cache_uses_single_token_post` 
(10 concurrent callers, 50ms IdP delay: was 10 token POSTs, now 1) in commit 
c4c14e14c.
