Since Qi's review summary: added HTTP service-identity warnings, `--no-service-identity-fallback` ([design](https://github.com/apache/gravitino/pull/12531#issuecomment-5401562078)), and fixed the oauth e2e 401-retry test to match Q4 semantics (`f11751a8d`).
