URL: https://github.com/apache/gravitino/issues/13623

   ### Describe the subtask

   **Priority:** P0 (C2–C6)

**Problem:** Several methods behave differently from their Javadoc, so
callers either rely on undocumented behavior or add defensive code:
   - `put(e)` is documented as overwrite but inserts strictly.
   - `delete` returns `false` for a missing entity, but callers still catch
`NoSuchEntityException` because they do not trust it.
   - `batchGet` is documented to throw for a missing entity but silently skips
it, so a caller cannot tell "missing" from "failed to read".
   - `cascade` does not say which children block a non-cascade delete or which
relations are removed.
   - `update` does not say whether it may change the id or parent, or who
invalidates the old and new names' cache entries after a rename.

**Scope:** Make each of these match: fix the documentation where the
behavior is right, fix the behavior where it is wrong, and let `batchGet`
report a failed read distinctly from a missing entity. Remove the redundant
exception handling at call sites once the contract holds, and cover each point
with contract tests.
