Review Comment:
Removed both `SemanticModelCreateRequest` and `SemanticModelDefinitionDTO`
from the Ossie conversion path. Import/export now map directly to/from native
Semantic Model types, while the Core entry points remain in place for the
follow-up hooks and events. Existing persistence serialization is unchanged.
