@jerryshao Thanks for the detailed review. Commit 693a09440 addresses the three inline comments and adds weighted-cache coverage with the production weigher for both inline and deferred maintenance. The separate coverage note about clear() racing with a callback blocked on indexLock remains outside this patch. The clear/index-swap lock ordering is unchanged by this follow-up, and the existing clear-then-reinsert regression continues to cover stale-notification state handling.
