Review Comment:
Fixed in 4be44f5c4, with the second option @yuqi1129 suggested, since the
default lookup can merge several files. In this branch, if a context was
resolved and the client is still on `Config.DEFAULT_MASTER_URL`, startup fails:
a context that selects a cluster with a server always moves the client off the
default. `testDefaultLookupWithoutUsableCluster` drives it through the
`kubeconfig` system property, with and without `context` set, and checks that a
usable context still works. One accepted false positive: a kubeconfig found by
the default lookup that really selects `https://kubernetes.default.svc` is
rejected, and the message says to set it by `masterUrl` instead.

Review Comment:
Fixed in 4be44f5c4 in the `K8sJobExecutorConfigs` constructor: `masterUrl`
must start with `https://` or `http://`, and with `https://` whenever
`tokenFile` is set, so a token can't be sent in clear text. `http://` without a
token stays allowed for something like `kubectl proxy`. This also removes the
HTTPS probe at startup. `testConnectionConfigs` covers a URL without a scheme,
another scheme, and `http://` with a token file.

Review Comment:
Done in 4be44f5c4: the token is read once while the client configuration is
built, so an empty or unreadable `tokenFile` fails the startup with an
`IllegalArgumentException` that names the file. `testMissingFiles` covers an
empty token file.

Review Comment:
Changed in 4be44f5c4, though not by dropping the arm. The file is now read
with the public `Serialization.unmarshal(InputStream, Config.class)` instead of
the internal `KubeConfigUtils.parseConfig` (see the thread on the import), and
that does return null for an empty file. So null is checked explicitly right
after reading and rejected with "The kubeconfig ... is empty", and the later
code no longer handles null. `testEmptyKubeconfig` covers an empty file, a
comment-only file and `---`.

Review Comment:
Took the first option in 4be44f5c4: the comment now says this is a safety
net with no known input that triggers it, and that it only fails if the client
reads the kubeconfig differently from the check above or the file changes in
between. I did not add a static mock of `Config.fromKubeconfig` just to pin it.
