Could you add two regression tests to strengthen the coverage? - Populate the actual `metadataIdCache` for every supported metadata object type under a metalake, then verify that both local drop invalidation and peer change-log replay remove all of those entries while preserving entries for another metalake. The current tests cover metalake/catalog/tag/policy, but do not exercise the full type set. - Warm the owner, user/group-role, and role-policy caches, then drop and recreate a metalake with the same names but new entity IDs and different permissions. Verify through the public authorization entry point that old ownership/permissions no longer grant access and the new permissions work, for both local invalidation and peer replay. The second test does not require eagerly clearing every authorization cache: it should verify that the existing ID/version checks prevent retained cache entries from affecting authorization after recreation. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
