### What changes were proposed in this pull request? - Kafka (`org.testcontainers.kafka.KafkaContainer`), LocalStack, ClickHouse and OceanBase (`OceanBaseCEContainer`) now wrap the official Testcontainers modules, as MySQL and PostgreSQL already do; images still come from `TestImages`. - Where a module's own wait covers readiness, the probe from the previous PR goes away; where ours checks more, it stays as an extra step. - Images, host names, environment, disposable-data recipes and the three-node ClickHouse cluster are unchanged. ### Why are the changes needed? The modules know their service's ports, defaults and readiness, so our wrappers keep only what is Gravitino-specific. Fix: #14002 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. Test code only. ### How was this patch tested?
