### What changes were proposed in this pull request? - Testcontainers 1.21.4 → 2.0.5: artifacts renamed to `testcontainers-*`, MySQL and PostgreSQL containers moved to their 2.x packages, docker-java 3.7.1. - The MySQL wrapper keeps setting its own configuration override, since the 2.x module no longer ships a default `my.cnf`. - commons-lang3 3.18 deprecations that 2.x pulls in are fixed. ### Why are the changes needed? 1.21 is the last 1.x line. Moving now lets the framework PRs that follow target the 2.x API once instead of migrating it later. It merges on main on its own. Fix: #13958 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. Test dependencies and test code only. ### How was this patch tested? `./gradlew test -PskipITs` (with the JUnit 6 PR below it: 0 failures).
