### What changes were proposed in this pull request? - A single-node `TrinoNodeSpec`; `TrinoConnectorIT` uses it instead of building its own container. - `TrinoCluster` waits on Trino's HTTP API (`/v1/info`, catalog listing, active workers) and on Hive's own probes instead of commands in the container, and can run a private cluster. - The two-Trino `trino-cascading-env` stack and its script are removed: nothing ran them, the script called a file that does not exist, and CI had them disabled. ### Why are the changes needed? Trino was the last service with its own container code and exec-based waits. Fix: #14002 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. Test code only. ### How was this patch tested?
