### What changes were proposed in this pull request? - `TestMysqlCatalogOperations#testCheckJDBCDriver` initializes the operations with a real `CatalogInfo` instead of `null`. ### Why are the changes needed? `JdbcCatalogOperations.initialize` reads `info.namespace()` when `GravitinoEnv` has a metrics system. After an embedded integration test in the same JVM, `GravitinoEnv` still holds one, so the test failed with a NullPointerException depending on class order. Fix: #14095 (item 4) ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
