### Describe the subtask
While measuring and migrating the integration tests for #13900, seven tests
turned out to fail on `main` on their own, independent of the container work.
Each gets a small fix PR off `main` that merges on its own; none is part of the
container stack.
| # | Test | Cause | Fix |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | `TestJdbcMetricsStore` (flaky) | `clean(Instant.now())` keeps a row
stamped in the same millisecond | Clean up to one millisecond later |
| 2 | `CatalogClickHouseIT#testVectorSimilarityIndex`,
`CatalogClickHouseClusterIT#testVectorSimilarityIndexOnCluster` (local) | The
default local image is ClickHouse 24.8, where vector similarity indexes are
disabled; CI already uses 25.8 | Default image 25.8, as in CI |
| 3 | Trino SQL test tool on macOS ("Failed to connect to Hive Metastore") |
`trino_integration_test.sh` uses `declare -A`, which macOS bash 3.2 lacks, so
every run starts only MySQL | A `case` statement instead of the map |
| 4 | `TestMysqlCatalogOperations#testCheckJDBCDriver` (order-dependent NPE)
| The test passes a null `CatalogInfo`; after an embedded IT in the same JVM,
`GravitinoEnv` still holds a metrics system and the code reads
`info.namespace()` | Pass a real `CatalogInfo` |
| 5 | iceberg-rest `testInvokeRejectsUnheldActiveRolesWith403`
(order-dependent, 500 instead of 403) | Authorization state left in
`GravitinoEnv` by earlier tests | The test installs and restores its own
authorizer |
| 6 | `HudiCatalogHMSIT` | Hudi caches one Hive client per JVM; it still
points at the mini metastore of `TestHudiHMSBackendOps` | Reset that cache
before each Spark session |
| 7 | `TestFilesetCatalogOperations#testFormalizePath` (intermittent) | Same
null `CatalogInfo` as #4 | Pass a real `CatalogInfo` |
Follow-up, not filed yet: `GravitinoEnv.shutdown()` closes components but
keeps their references (`metricsSystem`, `internalAccessControlDispatcher`,
`gravitinoAuthorizer`); resetting them would harden #4, #5 and #7 in one place.
