### Describe the subtask Only 3 test files use `@Timeout`. A hung test runs until the CI job is killed at 120 minutes, with no hint of which test hung. Add a shared `junit-platform.properties` with `junit.jupiter.execution.timeout.default` (e.g. 10 min for unit tests, longer for ITs) so that a hang fails the one test with a clear message. ### Parent issue #14108 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
