### What changes were proposed in this pull request? - **Fix 5 shellcheck errors:** `exit -1` in `dev/docker/hive/start.sh`, unquoted `$@` in `start-mcp-server.sh`, and `$@` inside `[[ ]]` / mixed into a string in the three release scripts. ### Why are the changes needed? `exit -1` is not a valid status, and unquoted `$@` re-splits arguments with spaces. These are bugs on main today, and they block a `lint (shell)` job (#14171). Fix: #14166 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
