Review only this PR's own commits. ### What changes were proposed in this pull request? - **`ciIntegrationTestJobs`:** each named IT job lists the modules it owns. - **`ciBackendIntegrationTest`:** runs every other module's `test`. It replaces 28 `-x` flags and the contrib shell loop. - **`ciVerifyShards`** also fails on an unknown module, a module in two jobs, or more than 17 modules in backend-it. ### Why are the changes needed? **The catch-all can't grow unnoticed,** and a module can't be dropped by an `-x`, which is how the CLI IT got lost. Fix: #14173 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. ### How was this patch tested?
