Review only this PR's own commits. ### What changes were proposed in this pull request? - **`FrontendITWebV1`:** web UI v1 ITs (still the distribution default) get a job. - **`webTest` Gradle tasks and `test (web)`:** vitest for web and web-v2. - **Delete `web-ui-tests.yml`:** its checks now live in `lint (web)` and `test (web)`, and the build happens in the frontend ITs. ### Why are the changes needed? **New coverage:** web-v2's 338 unit tests and the web v1 ITs ran in no PR job. They're last in the stack, so a red test blocks nothing else. Fix: #14176 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. ### How was this patch tested?
