Review only this PR's own commits. ### What changes were proposed in this pull request? - **New jobs:** `lint (workflows)` (actionlint, shellcheck of `run:` at warning), `lint (python)` (new `blackCheck`, pylint), `lint (shell)` (shellcheck errors, `.shellcheckrc`), `lint (docs)` (rumdl) and `lint (web)` (eslint, prettier). `build` waits for all of them. - **Commit 2:** the same 5 script fixes as the shellcheck-fixes PR, so this PR is green on its own. They drop out on rebase. ### Why are the changes needed? **One job per toolchain.** Before this, black only rewrote files and never failed CI, and nothing linted shell, workflows or Markdown.
