### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Map PostgreSQL insufficient-privilege errors to ForbiddenException. On a misleading missing-schema create failure, check whether the existing schema lacks USAGE after the original connection is released. Reject NUL in table/column comments and rendered defaults before DDL execution. ### Why are the changes needed? Existing source schemas without USAGE were reported as missing, ordinary source privilege refusals became generic server errors, and invalid text was reported as a connection outage. Successful creates keep their existing single-connection path. Fixes #14502 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Source permission failures use the existing 403 error type. Invalid NUL text uses the existing 400 error type and identifies the field. Real missing schemas and connection/protocol failures keep their classifications. ### How was this patch tested? All 91 PostgreSQL module tests passed with -PskipITs -PskipDockerTests=false, including live PostgreSQL least-privilege creates with a one-connection pool and prevention of partially applied alters. Focused regressions failed before the fix. Module Spotless passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
