Please percent-encode `{` and `}` as `%7B` and `%7D` in all seven new domain
`$ref` fragments, matching the existing references above. Raw braces are
invalid in a URI fragment ([RFC 6901
ยง6](https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc6901#section-6)); parsing this reference
with `new URI(...)` throws `URISyntaxException: Illegal character in fragment`.
The current Redocly build passes, but strict URI-based consumers can reject
these references.
